The Digital Mind program is surprisingly simple to use: in 15 days, 10 minutes of daily concentration allowed me to realize the impact of the smartphone on my mental and physical state, and at the same time to set up the solution for a more serene use. Result: I better integrate the incessant back and forth between the different screens and my daily tasks, thanks to a concentration that no longer jumps. More efficient, more relaxed, I feel much less drained at the end of the day, and my relationships with my colleagues are much more fluid and pleasant! My challenge today: to continue these exercises until this concentration becomes natural.
