I followed the Flex Mind training. I enjoyed the progression between the 2 modules and the follow-up given by the consultants.
Practicing regularly is a constraint, but you get to like it very quickly! I take the opportunity to practice triple focus during my regular trips by public transportation in the morning. Which goes to show that a little noisy and turbulent environment is not necessarily incompatible with the practice of focus!
As far as I am concerned, the main benefit of this practice is better stress management, greater serenity on a daily basis, the learning of the right distance to keep in the working life with all its issues.
